1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility and Age Limit

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at tk44 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal for a ৳1,000 bonus.

Another example: a deposit of ৳30,200 earns a bonus of ৳15,000 (the maximum), giving a total balance of ৳45,200 and a wagering requirement of ৳3,00,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not direct cash — it can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• tk44 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Using multiple accounts or identities to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• If tk44 detects any bonus abuse, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Terms

All decisions relating to bets and games on tk44 are considered final, and a bet cannot be changed once confirmed. tk44 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at an incorrect price (odds) due to a technical error.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, some bets may not be accepted due to signal delays.
• If a game is played at a single venue, the result will be determined according to that venue's rules.

6.2 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated by third-party software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — this is entirely unbiased and not predetermined.

tk44 does not guarantee any specific outcome or winnings for any game. RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term average — it is not a guarantee of returns in any single session.

7 VIP Membership

tk44's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — cashback is paid each week at a set rate based on net losses (total losses minus total wins):

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week

For example, if a Gold member's net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, the maximum cashback they receive is ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. Cashback is added directly to the account balance.

• Members can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular play — no specific turnover threshold is published.
• tk44 reserves the right to change VIP status and benefits.
• Separate terms apply when combining VIP benefits with other promotions.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk44 platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly exploit bonus or promotion offers.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Any attempt at money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Registering an account with false or misleading information.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by tk44

tk44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Preventive action taken for security reasons.
• To meet legal or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any bonus with unmet requirements will be cancelled at the time of account closure. However, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal.

10 Limitation of Liability
